Unplug

“The best way to recharge is to unplug.”  ~ Christine Sternfels

Nowadays, between gadgets, noise, tv, life and the voices in your head, it gets draining.  I’ve decided to unplug my computer and phone this week, surround myself with loved ones and go out there to enjoy nature so I can recharge.  See you in a week!

  2. Good plan. What does it for me is to take my watch off. It started when I would go out to the lake for a three day weekend. Now, I seldom wear one. Try it! Next best thing to being totally unplugged – which I also do a couple times a year.
    Have a good week, Christine:)

    • I haven’t worn a watch in five years. I love it too! I had a great week, it was nice to get away and be on the beach every day.

      • Another non-watch wearer! Good to hear there’s a couple of us out there. It really does free me up and I’m never late for anything. I get there when it’s the right time;)

There’s nothing better than being out in nature with your loved ones…quality time at it’s best!. I would love to do this, not just to recharge but to have more peace and quiet everyday of my life….no distractions…just simply being…..
